  1. What got you started in website design?

"I originally started web design when I worked for several employers. I design my first personal web back in 1998, what started out as a three page web grew to now be over 200 pages. I really created the personal site for my inner city church bus route. This was to keep them updated on events. It would also allow them a way to continue growing in their faith with bible related tools and advice."

  2. What do you hope to accomplish with your award program?

David Bradley "To inspire other web designers to create a truly unique web experience. And encourage them along the way."

  3. What advice would you give other program owners?

"Even though many seem to come into this as a hobby, I feel its more than that. One should really look at their reasoning for wanting to do this. Also find a good award community to become involved in as this alone can benefit an individual in their growth and understanding of web design and award program structuring."

  4. What was the biggest problem you faced with your award program?

"I found ethics to be the main focus, especially keeping it in line with my faith."

  5. If you had to do it all over again, what would you do differently?

"I honestly would not change anything. The mistakes I made, the friends I made, changes I made, all evolved my program and my understanding."

  6. What plans do you have for the future?

"Other than looking at a complete redesign of the web, again!! I am praying that the program will one day become a WTA. Continue to develop my skills in web design and new technologies."

  7. What else do you like to do?

"I like working in the IT arena, but most of all I enjoy preaching the gospel and encouraging others to walk in their faith and to become all they can be."
