1. What got you started in website design?
   
   "Long story…. A few years ago I got invited into a friends ezboard. And as webmaster, it was my role to get the board customized. So the help forums got me on route, and as I saw I quite enjoyed it, I looked at sites I loved to try to understand how things were done… So basically it all come from clearly observing and a good mind."
   
   
2. What do you hope to accomplish with your award program?
   
   "Well, the purpose says it all: to stimulate intellectual thinking… Most award programs put design on first spot. Well, as said, I’m not a great designer (I can manage myself now, but that sure wasn’t the case in the beginning), so I did what I’m best in: content."
   
   
3. What advice would you give other program owners?
   
   "Think before you start! Don’t mimic… If you clearly think on what you want to achieve and how you want to get there, the rest will follow automatically."
   
   
4. What was the biggest problem you faced with your award program?
   
   "To thine own self be true”… it sounds simple, but I found that the most difficult to achieve… The award community and the organization linked with it have one big flaw, which is inherit to all such large groups: the urge of uniformity, and the thought that because they are here so long, what they do is right… A very dangerous perception! One really must learn to stand up for oneself and do what you want, to go against the flow! Of course not all organizations are like that… *mysterious smile*."
   
   
5. If you had to do it all over again, what would you do differently?
   
   "Of course there are always beauty-flaws, that’s nothing but logical… but if I try to look at the big picture of what I have accomplished, I’m quite pleased."
   
   
6. What plans do you have for the future?
   
   "Well my main dream is to become THE content award on the net… well, I guess that’s for the future to decide, but I believe it’s a dream worth fighting for."
   
   
7. What else do you like to do?
   
   "I’m an avid reader… I nearly consume books, fantasy mostly… For the rest I enjoy my computer, vexilology, and just enjoying life… *smiles*."
