UWSAG Application form

If you have read and agreed to all of pointedthe criteria on the previous page and in the Incentive Program section you may apply for a UWSAG rating now. Please remember the application process may take up to 4 weeks, and you may only re-apply after 90 days of your last application. This application is for Award Programs only (i.e. your web site has a program where you give awards to other web sites). If your web site does not have an award program please, do not fill out this form. Ensure that all information is complete and correct or your application will not be accepted.

When you apply for an upgrade make sure that significant improvements have been made. If not the result of the jury can result in a rating downgrade.

Have you read this?
It is highly advised to ask for a peer-review in the forum before applying. Small errors/improvements can easily be detected this way.
