UWSAG Policies

The United Web Site Award Givers Policies are made public here to create a fair classification and incentives program. In order to maintain the integrity of UWSAG's current policies and beliefs, this website is and shall always remain a sponsor-free operation.

As a non-profit organization, time and resources required to keep UWSAG in full operation will fall upon its current officials. At no point in its current or future operation, will it ever be used for financial gain. Any future officials who elect to place advertisement or use this program for financial gain, are denied permission to use the United Web Site Award Givers Program as its host website.

Operations Policy

Current and future UWSAG operations require a minimum of two officials. If the current or future staff drops below two, operations must be put on hold till the existing officials have recruited the minimum required.

All resources such as graphics or written content must be donated to UWSAG. No UWSAG Official has a right to claim any parts of the UWSAG website as their own copyright.

No current or future UWSAG Official Staff or Project Managers are allowed to vote to make UWSAG a financially profitable organization or display sponsor banners, even if the vote is unanimous.

Rules of Conduct Policy

UWSAG board members are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner when communicating on behalf of UWSAG.   We wish to be treated in the same way.

We agree to provide honest evaluations in accordance with our set criteria and using the self-test and provide the results within the set timeline.

UWSAG does not engage in negotiating disputes between websites or award programs unless it applies to the "Seal of Approval Nominee" program (or if it's immediately related to UWSAG). In such case, all disputes must be directed to our disputes director for review (or to the therefore designated official).
