Information obtained by United Web Site Award Givers (hereinafter referred to as UWSAG) via form or email will be used only for the purposes of processing a membership or classification of an award program/site, and will not be handed out to outside parties without your explicit consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our website.
By applying for a either a membership or a classification listing, it is implied that the applicant has given permission to display the information provided by them for the purpose of listing their website as either a member site or a classified award program.
Information posted at this site is limited to names of webmasters and/or program owners, website URLs, descriptions of award programs, screenshots and/or award images, all as provided by the copyright owners of same.
UWSAG will not condone any copying of images or text contained at this website. All award images and descriptions are and remain the property of the listed member or classified award program.
No email addresses of members or classified award program owners will be given to any person other than an official of UWSAG, and then only for the purpose of processing memberships or classifications, or making changes to either a membership or classification listing, unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law.
Email addresses provided to UWSAG may be used periodically to contact website owners in the event that contact is deemed appropriate and/or necessary. In the event that a newsletter or other mass mailing is undertaken by UWSAG, members will be given an option to subscribe.
If UWSAG Membership or classification of an awards program is not granted, all information supplied by applicant will be held for purposes of verifying 90 days have elapsed before they apply again and then removed from our database.
